Miguel Angel Vera Ruiz

Graduated with highest distinction from Universidad San Sebastián (2023), Valdivia campus, Los Ríos Region.
Law degree awarded by the Honorable Supreme Court in 2024.

His professional advisory services stand out for conducting preventive legal assessments for companies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations. In family law, he has successfully handled complex cases, particularly those involving the violation of the rights of children, adolescents, and the elderly.

José Tomás González Montes

Graduated from Universidad de Los Andes with a Specialization in Business Law (2019).
Law degree awarded by the Honorable Supreme Court in 2023.

His practice focuses on corporate and tax law. He joined the law firm in 2024 and has experience advising companies on corporate and tax matters.

Felipe Ignacio Torrealba Pietrantoni

Graduated from Universidad Alberto Hurtado (2011).
Law degree awarded by the Honorable Supreme Court in 2013.

Co-founder of MTH Abogados in 2015, his specialization and experience in commercial and corporate law have made him a key and trusted figure for both national and international companies operating in Chile. His expertise extends to advising various holdings and family businesses, even supporting their business development and expansion through public and international relations management.

José Ignacio Matus Martínez

Graduated from Universidad Alberto Hurtado (2011).
Law degree awarded by the Honorable Supreme Court in 2015.

Co-founder of MTH Abogados in 2015, he has focused his career primarily on civil law, litigating complex cases related to inheritance, real estate, and contractual liability, among others. At MTH Abogados, he has consistently sought to stay at the forefront of legal practice, instilling in the team a modern vision of the lawyer-client relationship, giving the firm an innovative and client-focused approach.
